Even though I adore them completely, I feel like these boots cannot reach their full potential until they have colored laces. I want red, pink, and maybe a light blue or even lavender. Damn, I am getting crazy with the pastels this season, I blame it all on tumblr and my enabling coworker, Amy.
This big ol boat rolled right on by as I was taking these pictures. I imagined everyone on it pointing and laughing at me so I went inside. The end.
Oh, I also wanted to say that with the exception of my boots, this outfit cost me like 9 bucks....

And lastly, I went to my moms house for a visit over Memorial Day weekend and found all sorts of goodies from my teen years to bring back home with me. Weird little awesome things like barrettes (the blue plastic one in my hair) and costume jewelry and nail polish. It was pretty dope. I was hoping to find either my pink plastic pants or my baby blue latex ones, but no, I did not get that lucky. Its like 100 degree up in that attic! I nearly died of sweating after like 20 minutes. Next time, hopefully.

yes, pink and black are great together, it's kind of a good girl/bad girl thing.
If I had known how I'd turn out 13 years later, I'd have kept every single thing I owned in middle school... I'm pretty sure I had that same fairy choker. I guess the lesson is never give anything away. ever.
I'm really digging this whole look. I love finding shit I haven't seen in forever! It's like getting a present from yourself.
